I would have left disappointed in Florence and the general poor quality of food we encountered in the main areas but this place, and Mancuso's gelato, give me hope that the famed Italian cuisine and excellence does exist. From the pastries I tried the tiramisu and it's a little bit not what I expected. This is not a classic tiramisu, but something else. The cream is very sweet, and inside is some kind of disc of incomprehensible flavor. Why can't they just make classic good tiramisu? That's the only thing I didn't like. Very delicious foods! And the staffs are very very nice. They help us to call the taxi. And they help us to keep my lost bag until I come back to get it.
Incredible! The croissant and pain au chocolat are to die for! Very similar to the french ones. Buttery, flakey and so soft! Definitely worth the price I also tried the cakes and they are heavenly! I would recommended to try everything!

This place really knows what it’s doing! I’ve tried a good portion of their pastry offerings over several visits and everything is great. In fact, I tried a couple items just for a change of pace thinking they’d be good but not expecting anything special since they’re out of my normal taste preferences: a ham and cheese pastry and later a bacon egg pastry. Both were exceptional! Their coffee is also really good.
Fancy is quite a brilliant little pastry shop. I got a pain au choc and a cappuccino and that was a 10/10. Everything ticked every boxes. The couple who run it are very friendly and they seem to know very well what they are doing.

Perfect! Unlike most places in italy, their pastries are more on the french side. Incredibly rich and delicious. Everything!! The only issue is that it’s very hard to choose.
Very nice. Delicious pastries and coffee. Perfect for latte and chai lovers! They also have vegetal milk. It was perfect for a good breakfast in the morning.
Wow, what a place! The coffee here was lovely, the place was clean and beautifully decorated. The food on offer is like art. And I enjoyed the music and restful feel of the place. I strongly recommend a visit.

Loved everything about this beautiful little cafe/ bakery! The croissants were great as well as the coffee and desserts. The decor was adorable. The service was lovely and attentive. I hope to be back soon.

Everything we’ve had here was so delicious, from croissants to cakes and coffee. Service is also warm and friendly.
Great coffee and the most delicious and fresh pastries at a very good price! A chic and beautiful small business with the friendliest staff. We were staying nearby and ended up going there every day for three days! We were always greeted with a smile. Bonus points for the vinyl disc music, the vintage paper wrappers, and the cute plants. Highly recommended!
